  • Is the shuttle service always available?

    The shuttle service is guaranteed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • How long does the shuttle take to get to the Marco Polo Airport?

    5 minutes.

  • How often does the shuttle to Venice Airport leave?

    There is no fixed timetable. The shuttle leaves depending on customer needs, approximately every 10 minutes.

  • How long before the flight departure do I have to be at the car park?

    We recommend 2 hours if is an international flight, 1 hour and a half if it is a domestic flight.

  • Do I have to park the car myself or will it be parked by the car park staff?

    Cars are always parked by our car park staff. If you wish to keep your car keys, we will return them to you after parking your car.

  • Can I keep my car keys?

    Certainly, but you need to send a written request which will be confirmed based on availability.

  • What happens if my return flight is delayed?

    There is no problem, but we kindly ask you to inform us of the delay in order to best organize our service.

  • Does your staff speak English?

    You will always find multilingual staff at our front office.

  • When is the car wash service carried out?

    On the day of your return, or the day before if you arrive early in the morning.

  • Is the car park safe?

    The park is fenced, equipped with automatic gates and guarded by our staff 24 hours a day.

  • If I have a dog, can it travel in the shuttle with me?

    It can, provided that it is a small size dog.

  • How is the car park fee calculated?

    It is calculated counting 24 hours from your arrival (for example: Monday 8 a.m. to Tuesday 8 a.m. = 1 day).

  • Can somebody else collect my car for me?

    Yes, as long as the depositor provides our offices with a written authorisation with the name of the person collecting the car and a photocopy of their ID card or passport.

  • It is a service that must be booked in advance and that allows you to have your car collected directly at the airport or to pick it up at the airport on your return. You need to call 10 minutes before arriving at the terminal of your departure, and as soon as you have collected your luggage on your return.

  • How do I catch the shuttle on my return?

    You just need to call our offices as soon as you have collected your luggage and wait for our shuttle at the meeting point indicated to you at your departure.

  • Is the covered car park protected with anti-hail nets and real covering structure?

    It is covered with massive and certified structures, we do not use anti-hail nets.

  • What happens if I decide to come back earlier than planned?

    You just need to tell us well in advance to allow us to prepare your car.

  • Will my car be moved outside of the car park?

    No, your car may be moved only within the car park but never on a public road, except for when it is taken to the car wash.

  • How does the shuttle service to other destinations work?

    It is a dedicated service, there are no timetables and, once the customer has arrived, the time of departure of the shuttle is decided by our staff to combine customer satisfaction and management needs.

  • How does the shuttle service work on my return to Venice Centre/Port – Treviso – Mestre Railway Station?

    You just need to call us, as indicated on your arrival, and the shuttle will pick you up in the same place where you were dropped off at your departure.

  • What if my car battery is dead? Will you help me?

    If possible, we will do our best to offer free of charge battery recovery service. Should our assistance not be sufficient we will provide information on a 24hr roadside assistance service we have an agreement with.

  • What documents do I need to check-in my car?

    You just need to give us a copy of your booking or the name used for making your booking over the phone. It would be great if you could note down your number plate before meeting with our staff.

  • When do I pay?

    At the time of depositing your car.

  • Can I pay by credit card?

    Yes, we do accept payments by credit card or ATM card although we prefer cash payments.

  • What kind of shuttle will take me to the different destinations?

    It is a 9-seater shuttle bus.

  • Are you covered by insurance?

    Yes, we are covered by insurance against fire and theft.

  • Do you have any parking spaces for disabled passengers?

    Yes, we have dedicated and guaranteed parking spaces.

  • Can your shuttle transport disabled passengers?

    No, we do not have shuttles equipped for transporting disabled passengers.

  • If I need car assistance during my stay, do you have any special agreements with local firms?

    Yes, we have agreements with a tyre repairer, a car repairer and a mechanic.

  • If I decide to sleep near the Venice Airport, can you suggest any place where to stay?

    Yes, we collaborate with several hotels with different price ranges.

  • How can I communicate any change to my booking to you?

    You should contact our offices to communicate any change.

  • If I need to cancel my booking, will there be a penalty charge?

    There will be no penalty charge. We just kindly ask you to inform us in advance in order to guarantee parking to other customers.
